So, my brother is going into the National Guard.  Yep, he dropped out of college, went to work as a prison guard in a maximum security prison ON DEATH ROW, and now he is gonna be in the National Guard.  He is gonna get paid a lot of money for signing up, but I told him that I would shoot him for free and he could stay home.  Its not that I don't appreciate everything that the troops do for us, its just that he's my brother, and I worry.  Anyway, now both of my cousins are getting amrried, humm... Anyway, I have three more days til finals, and then two days of finals, then I am done!  I will be going home, just to go back to work.  Wonderful.  Anyhoo, I have to go to work now, so...til next time, always remember..."Confucious say, man who fart in church sit in own pew...Cofucious say, man who eat Jelly beans fart in technicolor...Confucious say, woman who cooks beans and peas in the same pot in very unsanitary."  Think about it!

Quote of the Day:

"Those were the days...we were young then, foolish.  Some of us were even in love.  We didn't have to worry about tomorrow...we were invincible.  Then the principal called out our name gave us a sheet of paper, shook our hand and it was all over for us.  We woke up from our dream to find ourselves in a nightmare.  And all the while I ask myself, why.  Why did I shake that man's hand?"  -  an exerpt from 'Those Were the Days", a short story by ME for the Ouachita Literary Magazine.

So, I have a sinus infection.  I don't feel bad, I just can't breath.  I guess thats the way it goes.  I am at work, so no typey much.  I have just eight more days, not counting weekends, until I am a Sophomore in college.  Its a nice thought I guess.  Anyway, I am gonna go now, and actually earn my paycheck.  Whatever.

Quote of the Day:

Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. Your playing small does not serve the world, there is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We were all meant to shine as children do. It's not just in some of us, it's in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give those around us the permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others. - from 'Coach Carter'.
